Cheyenne– Wyoming Democratic Party Chair Joe M. Barbuto has released the following statement regarding HB0050 – What is a Woman Act.
“Once again, Jeanette Ward and the ‘Freedom’ Caucus are showcasing how little concern they have for the real issues facing Wyomingites. Every moment they spend pushing right-wing legislation like House Bill 50 is time taken away from tackling important, crucial issues such as our state budget, economic diversification, access to quality health care, improving public education, and other topics faced by folks in Wyoming every day.
We should stop referring to these legislators as public servants – the only thing they seek to serve is their extremist ideology.”
