Chair Seghetti, the Minority and Allies (M&A) Caucus board and I would like to invite you to our regular monthly meeting on February 14th at 10 am. The agenda is attached and the Zoom link is included below.

February is Black History Month and it is not a ceremonial pause — it’s a call to action. It’s a reminder that the rights, culture, and leadership of Black Americans have pushed this country forward at every turn, often in the face of resistance, erasure, and violence. And it’s a reminder that the struggle is not abstract or historical. It’s happening right now. As the Minority & Allies Caucus, we refuse to treat Black history as something to admire from a distance. We honor it by confronting injustice wherever it shows up — in policy, in representation, in our institutions, and in our own party when necessary. We honor it by amplifying Black voices, defending hard‑won freedoms, and refusing to let anyone drag this country backward.

Black history is a story of resilience and brilliance, but it is also a story of unfinished work. And we are here — in Wyoming, in this party, in this moment — to carry that work forward with clarity, courage, and solidarity. That is how we honor Black History Month. That is how we build the future our communities deserve.
